	Oster/Dominguez IHSS Settlement Agreement Information - 2 weeks ago On March 27, 2013, the State and plaintiffs (Oster and Dominguez) reached settlement terms on three IHSS lawsuits ($9.50 State cap on wages, $0.60 State cap on health benefits, and 20% trigger cuts).
