The CalFresh Outreach Toolkit is a resource to assist agencies in conducting the most effective CalFresh outreach possible. It is a 13-page catalog comprised of various tools including marketing print materials (posters, flyers, brochures, etc.), CalFresh Program Fact Sheet, Geocoded listing/map, and social media campaign guide.
