Dispute Validation Taskforce Unit

DPSS Customers with delinquent Overpayments or Overissuances that have been referred to the Treasurer Tax Collector, may initiate a dispute via the following methods:

•      Calling the DVT Hotline at (323) 727-4001,

•      Faxing the dispute statement to (323) 728-0157, or

•      Mailing the dispute statement to the following address:

                                   Department of Public Social Services
