  • Our JDC works with employers/agencies in the local community to identify employment opportunities and match job seekers with the labor force needs. They take pride in doing whatever it takes to connect businesses like yours with potential candidates who are eager to work.
  • After our participants are hired, we continue to provide support by keeping in touch with the participants, providing resources and counseling to help them reach their full potential.
  • In addition, we organize Job Fairs that are attended by a large number of qualified job seekers. At our Job Fairs, you will be able to conduct interviews and even hire on the spot!
