The Health Neighborhoods program brings together physical health, mental health, public health, non-profit organizations, and substance use disorder service providers to improve the well-being of community members. Join us for our end-of-year holiday celebration where we will reflect on this past year’s successes, challenges, and discuss goals for 2024. A warm holiday feast will be served.
