DPSS Is Now Open and Providing In-Person Services
We are pleased to announce that the Department of Public Social Services is now open and providing in-person customer service to you at our district offices.
We are also providing added ways for you to connect that’s safe and more convenient. Now you can apply for assistance online, over the phone, or pick-up and drop-off an application at one of our district offices.
You can also receive program information and apply for services online at BenefitsCal.com or by calling our Customer Service Center at 866-613-3777. Our Customer Service Centers are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
