Welcome to the Career Exploration Activity!

The Career Exploration Activity is designed to help START customers identify their career goals and interests by providing motivation and support. The activity provides an opportunity to explore careers and gain the necessary skills to begin the journey to a career. START customers assigned to the Career Exploration Activity by their START Worker (SW) must view the Job Search Skills videos, complete self-assessments, and complete a Supervised Job Search Assignment each month they are in the activity. Although this is a 3-month activity, the progress of the activity will be discussed with a SW during the monthly Case Manager Appointments (CMA).
