For 20 years the AA Wellness Agency has raised awareness of preventable health diseases that are killing black men and families in urban communities across the country. Impacting more than 100,000 people nationwide, this initiative has provided screenings and material distribution in such health areas as blood pressure, blood glucose, diabetes, prostate, HIV, dental, vision, sexually transmitted diseases, colon assessments, and more.

In addition to providing direct services and information to the community, this initiative has partnered with thousands of individuals and organizations across the U.S. to empower communities by raising awareness and providing resources for this population.
