Health Neighborhoods bring together health, mental health, public health, substance use disorder service providers, and other non-profit organizations in Service Planning Area (SPA) 8 to enhance the collaborative relationships and promote the integration of whole-person care. This event is FREE and open to the community. FREE mental health and various resources from SPA 8 community organizations as well as health screenings for attendees. There will be gift card raffle giveaways and FREE meal, on a first-come first-served basis.
