The first annual Youth Festival!

The Long Beach Youth Festival is hosted by the Office of Youth Development and the Commission on Youth and Families.  As you may know, the city recently adopted the Youth and Emerging Adult Strategic Plan.  The plan represents a bold vision of city collaboration to uplift the voices of youth ages 8-24 as decision makers and leaders.

The goal of the Youth Festival is to convene youth, their families and loved ones throughout the Long Beach Area, and provide resources, entertainment, workshops opportunities to connect with community members. The festival activities will be centered for youth 8-24 years of age. All festival activities are FREE and food will be provided to participants attending the youth-led lunch panel conversation.
