ZOOM Meeting for California’s Master Plan for Early Learning and Care (SPANISH)
Dear Parents and Families in California,
What type of supports and programs do you want to advance the learning and development of your children?
What could help your family get better access to quality early learning and care?
The Master Plan for Early Learning and Care (MPELC), financed by the 2019-20 state budget to be completed in October of 2020, presents a key opportunity for California to develop a roadmap to improve the entire early learning and care system.
The project proposes to move the state of California toward a mixed delivery early learning and care system and supports that helps children birth to age five, their families and communities.
To achieve their objectives, the MPELC is seeking input from parents and families.
You are invited to join a meeting via Zoom.
