Toy Loan and Volunteer Services Partners with LA County Fire Department for “Spark of Love”

The Los Angeles County, Department of Public Social Services (DPSS) - Toy Loan and Volunteer Services Section is pleased to announce a Spark of Love collaboration with our partners at the Los Angeles County Fire Department (LACoFD).

Southern California Firefighters have been collecting toys for underserved children and teens for more than twenty-five years through the Spark of Love Campaign. This is a state-wide effort supported by ABC7.

DPSS will handle the inventory and issuance of all toys received from the L.A. County fire stations.

Toy donations will be issued to fellow county departments and local non-profit agencies on a first come first served basis.  Please attach the non-profit determination letter to verify tax-exempt status from the Internal Revenue Service. To request a donation, please click here.
