Please be reminded that the mandatory Proposers' Conference will be held on Monday, December 17, 2007.  In accordance with Subsection 4.4 (Proposers' Conference) of the LRS RFP, all attendees must register with the County by emailing the LRS Procurement Office at LRSRFP@dpss.lacounty.gov.  Proposers who have already provided names of individuals scheduled to attend the Proposers' Conference, Technical Presentation, and/or District Office Walkthrough may substitute individuals, as necessary, without prior notification to the LRS Project.  However, any additional attendees must be registered by close of business, on Friday, December 14, 2007.

Please note that the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) will be providing a technical overview of their foster care systems at the Technical Presentation on Tuesday, December 18, 2007.
