Information Technology Security

The Department of Public Social Services understands the criticality of protecting the confidentiality of our constituent’s personal information and sensitive, case-related data. We have appointed an Information Security Officer to provide information security oversight and regulatory compliance, policy and procedures, standards establishment. The department adheres to the Board of Supervisor approved IT policies and additionally enforces internal IT policies for more stringent controls.
