TRANSITIONAL MEDI-CAL PROGRAM

What services are offered?
Comprehensive preventive care services, primary and specialty care, medical office visits, vision and dental care, mental health services, hospitalization and prescription medicines.

Who can be covered?
Families who lost their cash based or 1931(b) Medi-Cal due to earnings

Is there an income limit?
None for the initial 6 months. For the second 6 months, average countable earnings must not be greater than 185% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) to qualify. See Chart below for details.
