This Website contains many free and low-cost health care programs and services that are available to qualifying low-income residents of Los Angeles County. There are health programs to cover the needs of everyone regardless of age, race, or immigration status. We have programs for children and youth, pregnant women, and families and persons who are aged, blind, or disabled.

How to apply:

Apply On Line. Click on the "Your Benefits Now" link above.
By mail. Click here to download an application in multiple languages and for instructions on how to complete the application. You may also request an application by calling 1(877) 597-4777.
In Person. Please visit the nearest Office Location.
