DPSSTATS, implemented in April 2005, is an innovative management tool that creates a forum for Executive Management and key managers across the Department to review current and comprehensive data so that swift, effective decisions could be made to enhance the Department's operations to better serve the more than 2 million residents of Los Angeles County that are served by this Department.
